about

Form is a small, independent studio where each project receives a high level of attention, care, and continuity from concept through completion.

We design form-driven spaces shaped by context, light, and the human experience. Our work begins with simple, disciplined forms that respond to landscape, climate, and project surroundings. Each project is an exploration, balancing experimentation with restraint to create architecture that is bespoke, timeless, and deeply connected to place.

What sets our process apart is an extensive background in building and making. We've worked in the field, coordinated trades, and built the details we now draw. That experience shapes every decision we make, from the earliest concept sketch to the final specification. Our designs aren't just visually resolved. They're buildable, budget-conscious, and designed to survive the translation from drawing to reality.

Kyle is a Denver based architectural designer and founder of form workshop.

Growing up in the Midwest working in his family's construction business, Kyle developed an early fascination with the built environment. He was drawn to residential architecture for its intimate scale and the opportunity to meaningfully improve how people live.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Ohio State University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado, where he also completed a design-build certificate program. That hands-on foundation informs everything he designs today, keeping constructibility and craft at the center of the work.
